New Year: Party All Night

We all know that celebrating New Year can be compared to nothing.. as in nothing.

because that is the only time in a year where we could start a new beginning. And its the only time in a year where we could share the sparks with our family.

And whenever we celebrate New Year. Enormous amount of food never disappears in each table of a Filipino family. Even if there is only a queso de bola and couple of round fruits would still be counted as food for Media Noche.

Because simplicity is always there whenever you got a chance to be accompanied by a Filipino.

"Paputok" or fireworks is the other event to be awaited whenever we celebrate New Year.

I think lighting a firework is a chinese belief that means, we could surrender everything in our past and let the fireworks handle its way to disappear and start a new beginning.

And the last thing that is present, and will be always present in every occasion is the Love. The most important thing in the world, and that's what they say.

Because love is present whenever we share our foods with our family. And love is present whenever we eat together with our family. And lastly Love is present, whenever we felt the happiness when were together with our family.

But as a matter of fact its more than just a touch screen.

4. It also does not support flashed based application, which means you cannot view properly a website that supports alot of flash based on plug-ins.
5. And it lacks of high definition in terms of watching videos or movies, and lastly it does not satisfy our comfort ability in reading e-books.

What can you expect in a Blogger's Event?

at first I didn't know what to expect ( because obviously its my first time, and in my mind all I could think of is I am excited), I even don't know what to wear, I feel like I am an actress going to a premier night of my movie that you have to look good, that you have to wear a smiling face.

but as we know, our expectations isn't always what we get.

when we got there at the venue Greenbelt 3, Cinema 1. BTW my Father and my brother are with me at that time, but common' they are guys, I know its not their type of event. but hey at least they are there to support even if there's a storm. ( Thank you very much guys).

back to the story..

When we got there, I saw couple of people who are taking pictures, socializing. I also saw posters of Nuffnang and PLDT my DSL. and I said to myself, " I am in the right place"

and next question is, where to get my free tickets?

I saw the registration booth just in front of the Cinema 1, I was about to asked where can I get the tickets, and the woman beside the table asked me with a smiling face about the URL of my blog, I should admit I don't know what to say but my URL came softly out of my mouth as if I am an expert blogger ( which is not true off course), after that they told me to write my name on their paper and off course sign it. and then as soon as you know I am already holding the free tickets + flyers.

I was a bit shocked why is it that some one is taking my picture ( I told myself, oh crap I looked wasted) and I suddenly realize its like what I expect, premier night, walking the red carpet, people taking pictures, flashing lights all over you. but one thing isn't there people shouting your name.

after that, I showed my ticket to my father and my brother. and asked some questions about how I got the ticket, Etc. ( I was a bit exhausted answering their question, but same for myself, I'm still wondering how I got the ticket ).

let's fast forward the story of mine.

when its already 10 minutes before the show starts, I am already in the cinema 1 when I heard a man talking on microphone, I was like what the hell, but I didn't mind, I find a suitable seat. then listen to what the man was saying, I did tried to join and answer some of his question but, some of the bloggers present are so fast with their feet that I find it hard to compete.

so I didn't won anything. no wifi+modem, but I did have a good time, and for me attending the event is like on a spa relaxing, forgetting problems for awhile. in short I had a good time.

When the movie titled " The Social Network " started, everybody was quiet, listening, watching attentively, laughing at the right lines. I also did enjoy watching it. The story itself is interesting.

A page turner for a book as they say.

After the movie was done, I was out of the cinema, the event was done as I know, I already saw my Dad and my Brother. ( and then they asked me again what was the movie about, And I should say I am excited to tell them what was the movie is all about, because just like what I said, Its a page turner )

and then, when we are set to go home. It didn't even crossed my mind that I was tired. Because I really did have a good time.

I hoped I could join another blogger's event. Its such a wonderful experience for a first time blogger like me.

because even if it doesn't fulfill my expectations, at least I know to myself that I DID have a good time, and did have a bonding time with my family as well.

I think its 2 more sleep to go before our seniors' night... I'm not that excited because as the only girl here in my family, you have to organize everything when it comes to event like this. Because you know boys, they have no patience in everything us girls likes to do. agree with me... But I have to say that my brother and my father had been very supportive to me.. and I should that is more than enough for me than do nothing at all.

Why did I say they had been very supportive? its because, first my brother bought me shoes for my graduation although it has nothing to do with my seniors' night, but hey, any help would do right? and another thing, he is also the one who bought my dress for the seniors' night, and for that, here's the big THANK YOU!!! I can't imagine myself without the dress that I brought. ( I'm sorry if my grammar is kinda itchy to your ear because I'm not so good at giving gratitude or something)

Well for the part of my father , I think he will escort me all the way to the school, and I think he will also pick me up after the seniors' night and for that thanks to daddy. And by the way he hasn't seen my dress yet so I hoped that he would like it, because my father; like any other father, he doesn't like any revealing dress especially for a girl like me, well I'm not saying that the dress that I bought is revealing but I would rather say that the dress that I bought is beautiful. So as of now I'm still thinking whether my dad will like it or not. The decision is still up to him, but I already bought it XD

so I think this blog is all about giving acknowledgement and the title completely fits this blog because I meant it to be like that, but atleast I expressed my gratitude by typing the words and posting it so the whole world could read the things I could not say infront of them...

sleepy day

If you are a graduating student, and finished with the necessary requirements, you should be able to sleep comfortably every night, comfortably as in no nightmares and comfortably as in 12 hours of uninterrupted sleep or just make it 6 hours sleep if your not a sleepy person like me.

If I am a graduating student, then why is it that I cannot sleep properly, I mean I'm not excited about anything or something...maybe there's something wrong with me. Before my father and I had a talked about using computer specifically Internet, because this thing prevents me from sleeping and I am becoming what I was before, playing or using computer for hours, as in 5 or more hours.. would you believe that. My father and I had a talked because I told him to make some rule that would control me in using the computer for hours. then my father told me that

Di mo naman kailangan ng ganun basta DISIPLINA lang sa paggamit ok na

then I said to myself what if I can't, then later on I think I actually could do it, if I could sleep on anything then I think can sleep on this too...

so my problem is solved, maybe computer is the reason that's why I cannot sleep eventhough I'm a graduating student finished with all her requirements ..

I just hoped that I could make it through..
so pray for me..

1st day of our practice for our graduation

I was supposed to be so excited about this.... but my mood changed about this graduation practice...because first of all, it is so hot this past few days, and we all know that if the temperature is high, all we wanna do is to sleep or worse do nothing at all. And what do you expect.. that's what happened to me today..

And hot temperature takes away all your enthusiasm to practice, because all you can think about is either you want to sleep, you want to drink cold beverage, or just hang around in cool places... In short you don't want to practice at all

below are the things that happened to me, likely because of this hot temperature we have today:

1.)my legs are starting to release this sweat.. well this usually happens when the sun is up and the temperature is also up.. and when this thing happens, I get so freaking irritated.. well "Pamaypay" is always a solution for all this sweat things, but it doesn't really satisfy me so... that's all I can say about it
2.) I'm getting really sleepy because of this 3 factors *the songs that we are singing that time is really a lullaby that can lull you to sleep *the hot temperature temptates more to sleep *lastly, we Filipinos practices "Siyesta" during afternoon, "Siyesta" means to sleep.. so as a Filipino it only adds more reasons for me to sleep during our practice

there are other things that happened to me that is not caused by this temperature like:

going out with some NEW friends after school, I'm emphasizing the word NEW because I missed my friends before especially Leslie that for some reasons I don't have the guts to talked to her nor looked at her anymore...going back to the story... I'm out specifically with Maureen, Marynel, Renei and her sister, and lastly Marian.. Actually I was just accompanying Renei to print their project in Physics then the last thing I know we're now 6. While were together waiting for the project of Renei to be finished we ate together at KFC just a few steps away from KEVIN Printing Shop. Well as usual while were eating, were teasing each other for somethings we did funny that day. After Eating, We came back to the printing shop, Unfortunately Renei's project is not yet finished, so what we did is to wait, well still while waiting, We started to make fun with each other again until Marian decides to go home, because its getting late,.... and so on and so forth

I cannot finished the story because I'm starting to get lazy typing...

And its all because of the hot weather today...
So blame the weather not me for not finishing the story..

Its a Long Day

I knew right away that waking up 11 in the morning has something to do with the chores that's waiting for me...


I know its so lazy of me to wake up at that time...but hey I love texting so you know what it means.. and like what all other teenager says:

its part of growing up

the other thing is.. that morning I told my dad I will go out with my friends to swim.. at first I was nervous but in the end I got the parental consent of my dad, that's a successful one

the next thing I did this day is to wash the dishes.. I know it sucks but I had no choice but to do it..

After that....I cleaned our fish tank... I feel pity for my fishes because before they are 10 but now only 6 of them are still alive..Oh I hate it when they start to float...

And last but not the least... I fold our newly washed clothes.. well its always been my duty to fold them all but sometimes I just don't want to do it..


So all in all I'm tired.. just wanna get some decent sleep.. still hoping that tomorrow would be a good day for me. But after all this things atleast I had a good day with my dad..
