It's my second post about dessert.
I've been busy again for days that's why I wasn't able to post anything. My apologies.

Caramel Bananas with Rum won't make you feel dizzy and make the speech of your life. Instead, It will help lightened up your gloomy or busy day.

To begin, we need the following ingredients:
  • 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 170g. can Nestle cream
  • 1 tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 3 tbsp. rum
  • 4 medium lacatan bananas
  • 1 tbsp. packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup coarsely chopped cashew nuts

Procedure:

Cook and stir 2/3 cup brown sugar, 2 tbsp. Nestle cream and butter over low heat until sugar is dissolved and mixture is smooth. Remove from heat. Stir in rum. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
Cut bananas into halves. Cut each half lengthwise into halves. Arrange in serving dishes. Top with caramel sauce. Spoon remaining cream over bananas and sauce. Garnish with cashew nuts.

This dessert can be a win-win with anything. And it makes me crave for it. Honestly.
